Dreams is a collection that came out of a need to express a sense of self, belonging and exploration. This collection was the start of my figurative painting work centered around the Cowboy. A figure that explores queerness and machismo finding the balance between the symbols of masculinity that have run the world and in a way reclaiming it in a way that ignites sensitivity and acceptance.
